Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at oliver@happyrenew.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items past the 15 day return window are not eligible for a refund although they might be eligible for a replacement if the item is eligibly under a guarantee such as our like new guarantee.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Like New Guarantee

Any iPhones that have not arrived in immaculate cosmetic condition or with less than 85% battery life are eligable for a refund from 15 days of purchase. Any phones that does not function properly are eligable for a replacement or repair (non repairable phones will be replaced, repairable iPhones will be repaired and sent back) for 90 days from purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items past the 90 day warranty window are not eligible for replacement or repair. Phones that have been damaged by the buyer, are also not eligible, so any phones with major cosmetic damage are not eligible past the 15 day like new return window. We also do not cover any software or network issues in the 90 day warrantee. We do not accept returns for any unknown part messages (battery, screen or camera), this is because these error messages can occur regardless or the quality of the part installed, it even occurs with original apple parts if swapped.

How Refunds Work

If claiming under the 90 day like new guarrantee, your second/repaired device will be send to the orginal address used for purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Customising iPhone 15 series

To make the customisation process possible we use aftermarket parts such as for the buttons which are identical to the original apple parts, cosmetically and in quality. Its important to note the standard apple warrantee is void when it is customised so you wont be able to return it at apple stores.
